Thanks for contacting us! I think we can help with this, but we need a bit more information before we continue. That stamp is a little weird. Can you tell me the exact length of the metal channel? I can't quite tell from your photos. It looks like it could be 22" but I'd like you to confirm.
Can you also tell me how many you need? Thanks!

Thank you, that looks like our Series 390 channel balance. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom fitting. You may want to look these over just to be 100% sure we're making the right balance.
In the meantime, I'll email you an order link and price quote for two S390-22 channel balances with a special 21DS36 stamp, which should be enough to support your heavy sash.
If you wanted to change anything, please let me know right here in this thread and I'll be happy to do so.
