21" 3/8 spiral spring balance

A quick learner from 76028 says:

the mounting hole is 3/4" from spring mount. The bottom tab is 3/8" wide 1/2" long from the spring. no colors found on any windows. We have 24" windows, 36" windows, and some 44" windows.
