Hello, thank you for posting,
With the attachments shown, you could either have the Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance. The main difference is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. Measure and compare to confirm the proper fit!
You will need a 22" balance with a 2140 stamp option. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
