21 5/8" Unigrass 6600 under drawer mounter guide

I have a left side 21 5/8" X 1" under drawer mounted beige colored guide that has a bent rivet and wheel that I need to replace. Which set should I get? The 6600 model 32-061 is what looks to be the one. Is that correct? Please let me know. Campbell

The item is the left side under mounted drawer slide. The wheel/roller area is slightly bent so does not fit into the fixed cabinet side piece. Pictures are below.
