Hello, any help I can get determining the proper replacement balance for this part number would be greatly appreciated. It is a 1/2" channel that is 21" long. Also, the sash weighs in at 20lbs. Thank you very much.

Hello, Brian! We can definitely assist you with this balance. Based on your photos, I recommend our S385-21. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.
Since your sash is 20 pounds, I would also recommend the 2040 stamp, when prompted. Two balances with this stamp option work together to support a sash weighing 15 through 23 pounds.
