21" Channel Balance With Plastic T Bottom

Window sash weighs 30 lbs and is a tilt window. Total of 2 windows and need 4 channel balances. They are 21" long. Can you please provide a quote for these replacement parts. Pictures of my balances are Attached. Thank You.
