21" window balance

Question

My windows weight is 14lbs. Attached are photos of existing balacne and numbers on it. I think i need S385-21 but not sure on weight. I'll need 2 sets of these. Thanks Brian

Hi, Brian. 20-3 is sometimes equivalent to SWISCO's 2030 weight option. There is a chart in the product description on the S385-21 webpage (if that's the balance you need) that tells you which weight option to choose, based on the weight of your sash. Weigh up and check the chart to verify if you need 2030 or something else. If you need to verify that this is Series 385, measure the bottom shoe. You should have this one:
