21" channel balance for Viking window

A home owner from Sacramento, CA says:

I have a Viking window, unknown age, and the left channel balance just broke. The clip and string broke, and the broken clip went down inside the window frame into the frame of the house so I can't access it to take a picture of it.

Attached are photos of the channel balance. The metal part itself measures 21" from end to end. I could only upload 5 photos, but I have 5 more of all the other angles that I can send if you need more info.

Stamped into one end is the number 2030, then next to that, stamped sideways is BS1, and then a small MG.

I also included a picture of the window frame where the clip attaches and a picture of the lable on the window frame with the model and serial numbers.

Thanks!! Dave

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey Dave. See our S395-21. You will need a stamp option of 2030.
