I see you mentioned our Series 385 channel balance. Are you asking if our balance is a compatible match to what you have? If so, we would not be able to make that determination, unless we have further information from you.
We would need to see some photos of the balance, especially focusing on the top and bottom nylon shoes that are attached to it. Also, if you could provide some measurements of the balance such as the length, and channel width, this will help us narrow down the possible replacement parts for you.

It is the right one, we just don't know which sash weight range to order. The window is a Milgard single hung double pane powder coated aluminum window. Approximately 32" wide 22" high. These windows were installed about 22 years ago.

For a stamp of "20 4", you should select a 2040 stamp option. To verify this number, weigh your window sash and compare it to the stamp option chart on the S385-21 item webpage. Thanks for choosing SWISCO.
