2140 model number channel balance

Hi, I'm looking for 6 each model 2140 channel balances for my OLD aluminum single hung windows. they are 1/2" wide, by 5/8" deep and about 23" long. They the window do not tilt. can you tell me your matching model number or what additional information you may need? Additionally, I need a sash cap to cover the channel balance. Photos enclosed. The good one appears to say "windows inc."

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of an undamaged balance assembly and top sash guide fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Please also include written-out dimensions of your top sash guide and we can go from there. Thank you!

Hi, took me a few, we went through a hurricane.

I'm sorry to hear that you were affected by the recent hurricane. I hope the damage wasn't too bad.

I would recommend starting by comparing the dimensions of our 18-110 top sash guide to yours. As for your channel balances, take a look at the S390-22 with a 2140 strength option and 1-1/8" deep bottom fitting.
