Hi, I'm looking for 6 each model 2140 channel balances for my OLD aluminum single hung windows. they are 1/2" wide, by 5/8" deep and about 23" long. They the window do not tilt. can you tell me your matching model number or what additional information you may need? Additionally, I need a sash cap to cover the channel balance. Photos enclosed. The good one appears to say "windows inc."

I'm sorry to hear that you were affected by the recent hurricane. I hope the damage wasn't too bad. I would recommend starting by comparing the dimensions of our 18-110 top sash guide to yours. As for your channel balances, take a look at the S390-22 with a 2140 strength option and 1-1/8" deep bottom fitting.
