21.5 inch kitchen cabinet drawer bracket attaches to drawer

We are missing one 21.5 inch kitchen cabinet drawer bracket. The mounting mechanism (also included a photo) crosses to a patent owned by Scheirich. Is there a reasonable replacement available or should we find something else?
