Thanks for reaching out to us! I can't identify your balance from just the stamp, unfortunately. I would need to see clear photos of the top and bottom fittings in order to help. Let me know if that's something you can get!

Have identical windows in the house but some balances are stamped 28 HW CMC 11 and others 28 HW CMC 7. What's the difference? What does the last set of digits signify?

Attached are pictures including the fittings and some measurements. We've noticed some balances are stamped cmc 7 and some cmc 11 coming out of the same sash. What is the difference?

Thank you for the photos! We're almost there. I just need to see a photo of the top fitting for these balances.
As for the numbers, there is no difference. The only relevant numbers are the first three, for example: 22 3.
