22" Sliding Window Sash Balance

Hello-
I need a replacement 22" sliding window sash balance with both the top and bottom guide. The old one is stamped with 2111 HB.

Hi there, we're happy to help track down some replacement balance for your window. we'll need to see some photos of the balance, including the nylon ends and the stamped weight code - then we should be able to let you know what you need!

Sorry we can't take a good photo of the stamp due to damage but we think it is 2111 HB.

Hey, thanks for getting us over the photos! It looks like you have an S395-22. If you can't make out the stamp on the balance, you'll have to weigh the bottom sash on a bathroom scale to determine which sash weight range it falls into. The stamp weight table can be found in the product description for your balance. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!
