22 in window balance replacement

Hello, I am trying to find a replacement for this balance. I have included a photo of the stamped item. Your help is appreciated I want to get the right size.

Hi Erika: Thanks for posting. Unfortunately that stamp only indicates the spring strength of the balance. We really need to see the photos of the top and bottom of your balance in order to help you select the correct balance. I see you were looking at the Series 385. This comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom. Check your dimensions against ours to see if it's a match.

I'm afraid not. The top and bottom nylon attachments are the most important part, but they are hard to make out in your new photo. I recommend carefully going over the parts I mentioned to confirm if they match what you have.
