i am looking for replacements for 22 inch 5/8 tilt window spiral balancers for tilt window green tip

Thanks for posting. If your balance tube is 5/8" in diameter and if you have a tilt window, then our S600-22 would be the best match. However, this balance does not use a green tip. Can you confirm your measurements? Can you also confirm that color?
