22" long 2140... need replacements

I don't know the manufacturer of my windows. All of the balances are 22"long by 5/8" wide by 5/8" deep. I'm not sure what the end pieces should look like as mine are broken. Thanks.

Hello,

It looks like you have a broken bottom balance shoe, so we're not sure what series you have. You need to check the depth of a good balance shoe from the other side of the window or from an identical window in your house.

If the bottom balance shoe is 1" in depth, you will need S351-22. If the bottom balance shoe depth is 1-1/8", you will need a S390-22. In either case, the spring weight option should be 2140.
