22" non tilt sash window replacement

A quick learner from Acton, ma says:
Hello,

I'm trying to identify which metal clip and balance to purchase for my non tilt 22" sash window.

Is it possible to identify the parts in these pictures?

I've included the bottom and top of the existing install. Home was built in 1968

Thanks

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

It appears that you have the Crossly S700 channel balance. However, you will need to locate the stamp code on the channel to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacement balances, as well as confirm the length of your metal channel.

As for your top sash guide, take a look and compare the specifications of the 18-089 to your part. Thanks for posting.
