Hello!

It looks like you may have the S395-23 channel balance but make sure your bottom shoe resembles the one that comes with this balance, our non-winged 15-001.

The stamp on your metal channel is a bit odd and doesn't match any of our standard options. With that said, we recommend weighing your sash on a scale and refer to the chart on the S395-23's store page. It'll show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.

Hi Emily, I think the notification of your reply went to my junk. I just found this today.

I think I missled you on the stamp as I had a typo. I will send a photo of the stamp and hopefully that will help close the loop on which channel balance I need. Many thanks, Robin
