2230 window balaces

Question

I have 2230 window balances with broken plastics. Does the winged ones work the same as unwinged? I dont se unwinged in your pages, do you have them and can i use either?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do have balances with wingless top and bottom fittings. Before I recommend anything, can you upload some photos of the top and bottom fittings for your balance?
