Based on your photos, I'm going to assume that you need your lock replaced. I've narrowed what you have down to 4 options. Take a look at our 38-095/38-096 and our 38-138/38-139. These are all multi-point locks. Take a look and compare our measurements and dimensions to what you have. Get back to us if you have any questions.
