Question

Hi the latch on my door handle will not work anymore. I took all parts off, so I assume I need an entire handle and assembly but I don't know what existing handle will fit the same holes already in the door. Can you recommend what I need to purchase?

Hello there. The handle set is our 82-087. To see if you need to replace the mortise lock also, try activating it with a slotted screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then you need a new mortise lock also. See the 82-226. If you want a new keeper, see the 89-020. Let me know if you have further questions.
