Hello, thank you for posting,
Please review the 82-086 handle set to see how it compares to your original. This handle set has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center and an exterior key lock. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
If you also need a new internal mortise lock, we will need to see pictures of the original to move forward.
