22B Block and tackle balance

A home owner from The Caribbean says:

Returning customer here. I need to replace the block and tackle balancer on my 15 year old single hung sash wind. The old balancer is 22 inches long and is stamped 22B. The weight of the window is 14.5 lbs. The old shoe/wedge is 1-1/4. inch. What replacement balancer should I use?

I can't be certain, but it sounds like you're describing our S775-22, with an option of 22B & 1-1/4" Wedge Shoe. Let me know if you have further questions.
