22B Block and tackle balance

Returning customer here. I need to replace the block and tackle balancer on my 15 year old single hung sash wind. The old balancer is 22 inches long and is stamped 22B. The weight of the window is 14.5 lbs. The old shoe/wedge is 1-1/4. inch. What replacement balancer should I use?
