Windows were installed late 2014 by Sears Co
Vinal dual Paine folding in and out ,
the metal bars have markings ( 22G BSI ) on them.
I can't find anywhere on line

Hello,

Your balance resembles the S770-22 channel balance. With that being said, our stock balances only currently go up to 22F to support a sash between 27-30 pounds. We should be able to supply the 22G strength options you need but it may need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.
