All of the measurements listed on your site appear to match the roller assembly I am looking to replace. Although the inner parts look different, the rest of the measurements all align. There were no measurements however where the mirror sits on the roller and the 2 tabs. I want to confirm it will fit my application. do you have those measurements to confirm that they will fit? My pics show 1 1/4 on center, 7/16 inch depth. Width of each tab (not shown) is 5/16.

Thank you for the quick reply. while the inner's look similar to the 225, the measurements do not align at all. most importantly, the lip where the mirror sits is different in the 225 than the 041. I am presuming that the 225 has the same lip as the 199. My current roller looks like and matches measurements to the 041, other than the lip where measurements are not provided .

I understand your concerns but I agree with Casey that the 23-225 would be the best replacement option. You are also correct that the tab that wraps around the bottom is a slightly different style but since the 23-225 doesn't have the tabs that would wrap around the door, it shouldn't be a problem.
The overall height and width dimensions would not generally be a dealbreaker since there is plenty of space and they would generally install by pushing the tabs directly into the door frame. The only curve ball I can think of would be if your roller uses a screw to attach to the door frame as well. If so, just let us know.
