They appear very similar to your 23-041, except that the nylon roller thickness is 3/8" not just 1/4". So the 23-041 ends up slipping through the track slot.
Do you have a roller which is thicker, and is 11/8" in diameter?

Hello, my very heavy sliding mirror doors have rollers marked ACME 4011 roller in a 4012 frame.

Hello, Lothar. I agree, the 23-041 looks like the best option. I'm surprised it doesn't work. I'm afraid we don't have anything else in the size you need; all of our convex closest door rollers use the same size wheels as the 23-041. I've never heard of this problem before. I also can't recall any older rollers with a thicker wheel like that. I wonder if yours is unique. You may want to consider a new track like our 23-240, which is compatible with the 23-041.
