Should I pick the 23-199 or 23-225?

What is the benefit of the 23-225 over the 23-199? What 23-225 has a ball bearing wheel. Why is that better?

Thanks for posting! This is a great question. These two rollers are fully interchangeable, so which one you decide to go with is down to personal preference. Speaking for myself, I usually go with the ball bearing style as that feature helps reduce friction and alleviates pressure from the door weight, ultimately allowing the rollers to last longer.

I have the 23-225 on the doors and the adjustable part that I have to screw to lower up higher does not hold it moves freely up and up and will not hold in one place except for staying at the bottom. HOW DO I FIX THIS. DO I NEED TO TIGHTEN THE SIDES WITH A PILLARS AS MAYBE THE SIDE BRACKETS HAVE COME LOOSE MAYBE

It sounds like the adjustment on your roller is broken. If so, then the roller assembly will need to be replaced entirely.
