Hello, what is the differance between the 23-199 and the 23-225?

Thanks for posting. The 23-255 Bottom Mount BB Roller Assembly has a ball-bearing wheel, while the 23-119 does not.

Thank you for your response however can I get a pix. of just the wheel, I must have it to make a desision

The wheel is riveted to the roller casing, so I am unable to remove one completely, however we have taken these pictures of the 23-225's wheels to give you an idea of what they look like.
