23-199 and 23-225

Question

I see from another post that these are interchangeable. I have sliding mirrored closet doors with roller hardware that looks pretty much identical, but they are older, probably 20-25 years old. So my question is would these still fit (replacing both roller/height adjuster unit and bracket)? OR... could I simply remove the roller/ht adjust component and slide it into the existing bracket?

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Unfortunately I can't really say if these parts will replace your old roller, as I don't know what your old roller is. If it's identical in design and size, then it will probably work, but that's all I can say given the information. We don't recommend removing the inside roller portion and putting them in the old housing. We always recommend replacing the entire roller assembly if possible.
