23-215 (To replace 20121) - Installation Question

A quick learner from NV says:
The plastic (nylon) pieces are broken off my 20121 bottom guide assembly; I see on your website that you recommend using 23-215 to replace. Awesome! However, on the new assemblies, how do the plastic (nylon) lock-in to the proper length to adjust to my door? How do these plastic pieces lock into place, instead of being pushed back to retract, thus coming out of the groove of the track? Thank you!

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

First, remove the door from the track and replace your 20121 bottom guide with our 23-215 guide. Then attach the top rollers to the track, swing the bottom of the door over the bottom track and slide down the nylon guide into the track. It will then lock into the track. When you open and close the door, the nylon guide will move up and down along the track. Thanks for posting!
