23-222b doesn't fit in track

Quick Learner from Sunnyvale. CA

I spoke to someone over the phone last week regarding a part I ordered from you. I ordered this part to replace broken Stanley 00-5024 roller. The person I spoke to asked me to send the pictures. You can see the pictures and video of the replaced part at https://photos.app.goo.gl/WTiRMUXPNOdzOHhD2.

It looks like the part 23-222B you recommend as a replacement is not wide enough for the rail to hold the door. Let me know if I am doing anything incorrect. Appreciate your help.

I'm sorry to hear that you can't secure the door frame with the bracket of our 23-222B. Seeing the bracket has a screw hole, I suggest drilling a hole and install a screw. I am afraid the bracket you are showing is no longer available.

The problem is not with the securing the bracket to the door frame. There is no screw hole or a screw in the old bracket and don't need one with the new bracket I bought from you. The problem is the bracket wheels are not wide enough to sit in the railing and the door falls down. The part that you advertise as a replacement for Stanley 00-5024 doesn't seem to be the right part.

The 23-222B is made to work with a track similar to our 23-246. does this look like what you have? If not, show us a picture of your track for us to look over.

Stanley made this roller specifically to replace the older version. There is no alternative on the market at this time, I'm afraid.
