23-225, but with a protruding metal insert

A quick learner from New York says:
Hi i just received my 23-225, roller assemblies to replace my AN 34124 for my mirrored sliding closet doors. They measure the same however I noticed that the old AN 34124 assembly has 2 protruding metal inserts to insert into 2 openings on the bottom of the closet door to secure the housing but the 23-225 doesn't have these 2 putridness metal inserts but instead has 2 holes to screw it into the bottom of the closet. Do I need to screw this in to secure and if so what size and kind? My concern is that the metal's integrity may not be strong enough to create new holes for the screws since there are already slits cut into the metal Thank you

I'm afraid I couldn't find a version of our 23-225 with bottom mount prongs to fit in those slots, but I think it will be fine. The roller should be secure enough as normally installed, using either the side hooks to fit into corresponding slots or screws, where applicable.
