23 3 CT and BT Caldwell window balance

Trying to decide which model window balance will replace these. These are from 20+ year old Milgard single hung sash windows (non tilt).

Hi there!

Your balance appears to match the S380-24 or S385-24 with the 2330 stamp option. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below and see which one matches up best.
