23 3 HK Caldwell balance

Question

I need 6 sets of this item. It says 23 3 HK Cadwell on it. they are 24 in metal to metal. Can you help me. I am a senior and selling my home but need to repair my Alpine windows installed in 1990. Thank you

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2330 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
