Thanks for writing in. This looks like either a Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Now, you seem to have a few different stamp options here. For the balances stamped 24-6 and 24-3, you need the S380-25 or S385-25, with a stamp options of 2460 and 2430. If you have a balance stamped 23-3 as your title suggests, then see our S380-24 or S385-24, with a stamp option of 2330. Let me know if you have any other questions.
