Can you help me find a replacement for the balance in the attached photo? It is 24" long and 9/16" wide (I presume it is 1/2"). Thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for posting! It looks like you have either a Series 380 or Series 385. The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe.The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated. If you measure your shoe as it is pictured below, you should be able to determine which one you need.

Once you have identified the series of balance, you would then add the 24" after. For example a S380-24 or S385-24, either with an stamp option for 2340. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
