The slide is 23 inches long and the cord appears to be broken. Where can I get a replacement part?

Depending on your balance shoe measurements will determine whether you may need our S385-24 or S380-24 channel balance. For the option, you would choose the 2340 for either one you decide to go with. Let us know how you made out with this.
