Trying to identify part# for window sash channel. Marking says 14 4 KU CMC 7

The status says that the post is closed. However I did not get any response to the question I asked: what is the part # I need to order?

This is a Series 385 or Series 380 balance. The long one should have a 24" metal bar, and the short one should have a 15" metal bar. Please confirm that.
Then, choose your Series. The two balance Series are the same except for the bottom shoe attachment. Measure as shown in the photo to determine which is right for you. If your shoe is 1" thick, consider S380-24 and S380-15. If your shoe is 1-3/32" (or 1-1/16 ish) then choose S385-24 and S385-15.
Of course, you'll want to verify that information before ordering. Let me know if anything doesn't match up.
Final note: the system on our site will require you to choose an "option" to calibrate your balance's strength. "23 4" and "14 4" are defunct stamps, no longer used. We replaced them with "2340" and "1440," respectively.
