Thanks for posting. I believe the metal channel, not including the fittings on either end, should actually be 24" in length. Please double-check. If so, you have either an S380-24 or S385-24 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. The Series 380 has a shoe that is 1" deep; the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for a stamp option choose 2350.
