23 5 Io caldwell Channel Balance

Question

The metal portion is 24".
It's about 1/2" wide.
There is a print that says "23 5 lo caldwell"

There is also a plastic clip/guard that screws into the side of the window, that part is broken as well. Do you have replacements for those as well?

Looks like you have either our S385-24 or S380-24 channel balance, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Look them over and compare our measurements to your own to confirm the best option.

As for the plastic clip, this is known as a top sash guide. We don't have an exact replacement for you but our 18-188 is similar in design. I recommend going over each dimension we show for it, one by one, to confirm if it will work.
