23" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Question

Hello,

the clutches on both sides of my sash are broken, so the upper sash slides down when unlocked. Upon looking at the model I have, there is no color indicator (red,blue,black) as the clutch is a yellow plastic (which is why it broke).

What do you suggest?
