23" Window Balance

Please tell me which 23" channel balance this is and which required options I need to select. Thank you.

Thanks for the photos. You have an old, discontinued Crossly window, which uses S700-23 side-load balance. You will need the spring weight code stamped on the metal channel when ordering, as well.
