23" channel..

Question

some of the plastic is broken. The numbers, if hard to read are 2220.  I hope you can help me.  Does the item come with the top and bottom plastic pieces included?

Our balances do come completely assembled with both nylon attachments. In order to tell you what balance you need, we'll need to see a picture of it removed from the window with both nylon attachments clearly visible. Thank you!
