If you'd like us to confirm what balance you have, we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory.

If you're unsure of what spring strength option to choose, you'll need to remove your sash and weigh it. There's a chart on the S380's product page that shows you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
