Window Balance Help

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I can't identify what balance you need without seeing the attachments at either end of the metal channel. Could you show us an undamaged version? Also, could you confirm the length of the metal channel (but not including any end attachments)? It looks like it might be 24" in your pictures, but it is hard to tell. Thank you.
