We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the stamp does not tell us the replacements that you need since it only indicates the strength of the spring needed to support the weight of the sash. We would need to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window, including both end fittings, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
