2320 Stamped Window Channel Balance

Question

I have a balance with a 2320 stamp engraved in it. I measured just the metal portion and it's exactly 24". When I measure the end with the hook, it's only 14/16" (see pics). I couldn't find a balance on your website that was less than 1 inch wide. I looked at your website options and the one that looks to have the same tips on the ends and is 24" long is Product Code: S380-24. However, in one of the pictures, it shows the tip should be 1 inch (off by 2/16"). Is this close enough?

Hey there, and good work deducing all this. If the shoe depth is 7/8", rather than 1", then you might need the S378-24 instead. This is very similar to the Series 380; it just has that less deep shoe. See the image below for reference. Double-check your measurements to see what matches best. In either case, for the stamp option go with 2320.
