Window Balance 2330 B.S.I. EL

Question

I need help identifying replacement channel balancers for my windows. They are 24" long and marked with 2330 BSI EL. The EL is possibly a BL, it's hard to tell.

Thanks for your inquiry. Based on the measurement of your bottom balance shoe will determine whether you will go with our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance.
