Hi I need replacement channels. These are 24' long (Metal) and is of a Traco window with code 40-0322 on the Tarco Sticker on the window frame.
Also need to replace the small fittings on the window corners.

We can supply this balance, though it'll have to be a custom order for two main reasons. The first is the combination of nylon fittings; I believe you have a 19-041 top and then either a 15-001 or 15-002 bottom. Look these over and please confirm which bottom is best.
The stamp also indicates an extra heavy spring, which is the second factor for a custom order.
In addition to confirming the combination of nylon fittings, can you tell me how many you need? Once I have this information, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.

Thanks for the response. I attach pictures as there are no numbers on anything. Everything I measured is 1 inch. The broken channel balance (Which was at the top when we took it out also had a small shoe/guide on the sides but the one side broke off). The balance channel width is just wider than half an inch. I just need two for the one window.

Great, if the bottom shoe is 1" then that would make it our 15-002.
