Thanks for reaching out to us. We should be able to supply this balance, but it might have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before I say anything for sure, can you please weigh your sash on a scale and tell me how heavy it is? It should be 38 pounds but I want to be 100% sure, given the circumstances.
Can you also show me a photo of the top fitting from another angle? I want to see it a bit more from the top. I think that might be a match for our 19-041 and that angle would allow me to be more confident.
